- Order History: Customers can view all their previous Orders (and Order Details)
- Order Confirmation Mail (customizable!) is sent to Customer and Store Owner
- Multiple Currencies (you can allow Customers to change the Currency and buy using an alternative Currency)
Product Catalog Features
- Powerful Web-Administration Interface/control panel (backend menu system to control various aspects of the website e.g. Home Page Text, contact details, customer accounts, products, prices etc
- You can add and manage unlimited items, prices, descriptions, categories and sub categories
- Can be used as a Shop or just as an Online-Catalogue, by clicking a button (you can even turn off Price Display)
- Quick Search for Products, Categories and Manufacturers; filter by features or discounted Products
- Product Ratings & Testimonials (your customers can rate your products and leave comments on products you have on your website). You can decide to publish or delete customer product reviews or auto-published (each customer product comment will be publish automatically). You can turn off product ratings and comments altogether
- You can add a product as a Featured item by setting it "on special" (just clicking a special item button) – this will show any special products at a discount price
- Product Availability: show how fast a Customer can expect delivery – you can set this as Next Day, Next Week, 1 Month etc. It is totally up to you
- Can have a download page where your customers can download PDF files and images
- "Product is back in Stock"-Notification for subscribed Customers. If an item is back in stock, the customer will be informed that he/she can continue to buy the item. You have full stock control for each product from the control panel
Administration Features
- Convenient online reporting and management of your transactions. You can check sales reports and user accounts very easily from the backend control panel, view customer orders, inform them the product(s) they purchased has been shipped to their shipping address via email automatically
- Multiple Images and Files (like Spec Sheets and Flyers) per Product. If you have one product that is available in various colours, you can add many different coloured images to one product. When a user clicks the product on your website, he/she can view all the images for that product
- Product Attributes (like Size or Colour or Material or anything you wish to specify) can be added to Product. If your product is available in many colours, for example Red, Green, Blue, when a user clicks on the product, he/she can click on a colour menu to choose their colour
- Shopper Groups for Customers (allows different Price Levels and Payment Options). For example, if you have two customers you want to give special price rates, you can create a group adding in your special discount rate and then you can move these two customers to the new group you created. Now when they login from the front end, only they will see products at a discounted rate and nobody else
- Multiple Prices per Product (Quantity-based and/or Shopper Group-based Prices). One product can be setup to have many prices
- Flexible Price Display (number & currency formatting; including or excluding tax). The price can be displayed as price including tax, excluding tax, special price including or excluding tax
- Easily change prices from currency to currency straight away
- Shop Statistics / Control Panel with a Summary of new Customers, new Orders, reporting system showing product sales last week, last month, last year etc
- Stock Level Control for Products and Item, check to see how many items you have in stock and which need to be ordered from you manufacturer
- Order Management with Order History, Customer Notification and Order Edit Functionality for Admin. It is possible to edit orders for your customers: Customer calls or emails you for (assistance with) an order. You can change an order for them, add products to an existing order or delete a product in an existing order
- Basic Reporting Feature: sold Items, monthly/yearly Revenue
